Dedicated to build and lead advancements in Web3 technologies, GlitchD Labs is developing the GlitchD Stack - built for GlitchD CDK, GlitchD DA, and Zero-Knowledge Virtual Machine (ZK-VM), - for anyone to deploy custom GlitchD stack, DA layer, and off-chain compute protocols.We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BD Representative, you’ll work closely with our leadership team and product development teams to engage potential partners, manage relationships, and explore new revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience working in companies or industries focused on technical solutions, B2B SaaS, or the like. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing space and make a meaningful impact in the Web3 ecosystem.Responsibilities:Research and identify potential partners, platforms, and collaborators within the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain spaces.Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing collaboration.Assist in drafting proposals, partnership agreements, and presentations to secure strategic partnerships.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Engage with Web3 communities, forums, and influencers to promote the brand and drive awareness.Provide feedback from partners and customers to guide product enhancements and improve user experience.Stay informed about the latest trends in Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology to inform business strategy. 2-4 years of experience in business development roles in tech, blockchain, Web3 industries, or in companies working on technical infrastructures, B2B SaaS or the like.Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the Web3 ecosystem.Proven track record to build relationships and close partnership deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities, risks, and market trendExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
