What we needWe're looking for an Account Executive in Los Angeles to be responsible for maintaining and growing a pipeline of advertising sales relationships. You'll be a hungry and tenacious seller who can sell complex solutions and six-figure programmatic deals to agencies and brands.As an Account Executive, you will be...Managing current business and relationships in the Southern California territoryDeveloping and maintaining strategic relationships with agencies and advertisersWorking with the Sales, Account Management and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategyGenerate and maintain accurate Account and Opportunity plansWork with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer serviceInterface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partnersManage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environmentYou'll haveMust have previous experience in the Advertising industry (preferred Agency experience)Understanding of the programmatic landscape and a comprehensive knowledge of the mobile advertising market, i.e products, players, and technologiesExcellent presentation and communication skillsA hands-on approach to tackling tactical as well as strategic sales activitiesA driven, tenacious and entrepreneurial spiritWhat we can offerCommisson and accelerators This role is hybrid, asking that you come into the office 3x a week (Tues-Thurs), you must be located in LA (the office is in Playa Del Rey) Self-Managed Vacation policy (no max on annual leave!)1 month work-from-anywhereHealthcare401kSummer Fridays!LoopMe Gives Back; we have a committed and active CSR team who organise regular events to hold up our pillars of Learning, Charity, Wellbeing, Responsibility and SustainabilityWe’ll set you up for success, providing training and career development
