We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to oversee post-sales client relationships, drive account growth, and enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT). In this role, you will be responsible for advertiser and campaign onboarding, client communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution. Your success will be measured by your ability to expand accounts, upsell services, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that contribute to recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Communication
- Act as the primary post-sales contact, maintaining transparent and consistent communication with clients.
- Lead advertiser onboarding, ensuring campaign specifications, assets, and objectives are well-defined.
- Provide regular performance insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to optimize campaign success and enhance client satisfaction.
Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by upselling additional products, services, and campaign enhancements.
- Analyze campaign performance and client objectives to propose new strategies, ad formats, and platforms that drive incremental revenue.
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships, positioning the company as the preferred solution for their advertising needs.
Revenue Growth & Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Own revenue targets by ensuring continuous account expansion through upsells and additional campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction levels by delivering exceptional service, prompt issue resolution, and proactive support.
- Ensure client KPIs and campaign objectives are met or exceeded to drive retention and success.
Campaign Onboarding & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (Ad Operations, Sales, and Tech) to ensure flawless campaign setup and execution.
- Support clients with campaign setup, A/B testing, and optimization, aligning execution with expectations.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients to refine and improve campaign strategies.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for client concerns or campaign-related technical issues.
- Work with internal teams to quickly resolve challenges and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Client Retention & Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
- Proactively gather client feedback to improve future campaigns and strengthen engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with client goals.
- Share client insights and feedback with the Product team to drive continuous improvements in offerings and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in digital advertising, ad operations, or programmatic media.
- Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts, with a focus on upselling and retention.
- Familiarity with programmatic ad platforms or DSPs is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue and CSAT targets.
