We are currently looking for Account Manager to join our B2C Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.

You'll contribute to optimizing sales performance, strengthening relationships, and shaping strategies that drive long-term business success. Your efforts will directly impact the expansion of our market presence and the overall achievement of company goals.
Your Role Will Encompass

• Managing relationships with partners, recruiting and onboarding new partners, providing training, and evaluating performance.
• Equipping partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to drive sales.
• Monitoring partner performance, analyzing sales data, conducting audits, and recommending strategies for improvement.
• Negotiating and finalizing contracts, setting terms, and recommending affiliate agreements for approval.
• Building and maintaining strong partner relationships through regular communication and addressing concerns.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  

• 1+ year of experience in Indirect Sales and Channel Management
• Strong Sales Performance and Data Analysis skills
• Expertise in Negotiation and Contract Management
• Proven Relationship Building and Management abilities
• Proficiency in Sales Analytics, Excel, and Forecasting Tools
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skills
