Key Responsibilities 

• Navigate Australian GST for buildings/contractors with flawless compliance. 

• Apply accounting fundamentals to journals, income/expenses, and financial statements (trial balances, ledgers, adjustments—all polished to perfection).  

• Reconcile monthly and correct errors with quiet confidence. 

• Prep BAS financials for lodgement, ensuring every digit tells the right story.  

• Draft AGM budgets and refine them post-meeting (per OCM’s guidance). 

• Roll over EOFY financials seamlessly into the new year.  

• Issue, reverse, or credit levies with surgical precision. 

• Manage on-charges and lead arrears runs with strategic finesse.  

• Maintain financial reports and process daily banking without a ripple. 

• Handle payables/receivables and resolve queries—clear, concise, closed. 

What We’re Looking For 

Must-Have Qualifications 

• A GST guru who knows Australian accounting standards backwards. 

• A reconciliation ninja (monthly? daily? Bring it on).  

• Someone who communicates numbers like they’re telling a story—not just crunching them.
