Repsonsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
  • Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly management account annual financial statements
  • Responsible for accounting processes and tasks which includes GL, account reconciliation, schedule maintenance etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal department members to support all accounting reporting and operation matters
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when require
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Executive/Accountant with full set accounting experience
  • Experience in accounting for the Singapore market is required
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and financial analysis techniques
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
