ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of client, an authorized car dealer, is looking for an Accountant and Reporting Analyst.

📌 Location: Athens, Athens
🖋️You will be reporting to: Finance Director

Your daily activities will include, and you will be familiar with:

• Execution of all types of payments (suppliers, tax/social security obligations, payroll, etc.)
• Monitoring of collections and remittances
• Updating of the accounting system and reconciliation of bank transactions and credit cards with the accounting records
• Issuance, recording, and monitoring of checks
• Monitoring/management of cash flows and ensuring adequate liquidity for the Group
• Preparation of financial reports for management and other parties involved
• Recording of revenue, expense, and asset documentation
• Reconciliation & agreement of customer-supplier balances, fixed asset register, and warehouse inventory
• Control and reconciliation of My Data

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-4 years of experience (ideally in an accounting department in the automotive industry)
• Familiarity with banking procedures and transactions
• Excellent knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
• Knowledge of the accounting software (ERP) Incadea-Navision will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
