We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant with Xero expertise to join our client, a dynamic US-based e-commerce company. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the financial health and success of an innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s accounting processes including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile all financial records using Xero.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
