What Your Day Will Look Like:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial records and reports. • Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. • Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits. • Working closely with the Finance Business Partner to ensure group reporting and compliance • Perform financial period close tasks and journal entries, along with Finance Manager • Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions • Participate in special projects and process improvements

We are looking to hire an extremely self-motivated Billing Specialist to join the Finance team and play a mission-critical role in helping to shape and develop the Finance Function!

 The Accounting Specialist will report into the Finance Business Partner within the Media Vertical, part of the Aspire Software Group. The Accounting Specialist will work with a number of entities within the vertical and will also assist in the financial integration of new acquisitions. They will be an exceptional entrepreneurial team player for our financial function.

About You:

• Financial Experience: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliation, with curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems, and the desire to grow and develop over time
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Time Management: Effective time management to meet strict deadlines
• Financial Analysis: Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.
• Minium English B2 Level is mandatory
• Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful and will take initiative
