15|40 Productions Ltd is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable procedures and be detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving. Your contributions will be vital in helping the company maintain positive relationships with our partners while also managing our financial responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions and reports.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures by preparing necessary reconciliations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and auditing standards.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and provide excellent service regarding payment status.
• Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Proven experience in an accounts payable role or similar finance position.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyze financial data.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
