物流不動産の投資開発業務として、

• 開発用地の購入、入札手続きの実務
• 開発用地に係るデューデリジェンス業務、売主との条件調整、売買契約書等の作成・締結業務、クロージング業務

日常業務は日本語ベースで行われます。また、開発用地取得後はデューデリジェンス内容等を整理のうえコンストラクションマネジメント部門などに業務を引き継ぐことを基本とします。


In logistics real estate investment related business;

• Purchase of land for development and implementation of bidding procedures
• Due diligence work related to development land, coordination of conditions with sellers, preparation and conclusion of sales contracts, etc., closing work

Daily work is conducted on a Japanese basis. In addition, after acquiring the land for development, we organize the details of due diligence and handover to the Construction Management department.

• ①不動産ファンド、デベロッパー等でのアクイジション経験者、②事業用不動産に関する仲介業務経験者ならびに③不動産鑑定会社等で証券化不動産の評価業務経験者　経験3年～
• 自律的に業務を遂行できるレベルであること
• 宅建士資格もしくは不動産鑑定士資格あれば尚可
• Word, Excelの使用に問題無いこと、契約書を読むことを厭わない方

• Minimum 3 years of experience in either ①　Experience in acquisition at real estate funds, developers, ② Experience in brokerage business related to commercial real estate, and/or ③ Experience in securitized real estate valuation work at real estate appraisal companies, etc.
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously
• Possession of a Real Estate Agent Qualification or a Real Estate Appraiser Qualification is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel
