As an Administrator at ABM UK, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to coordinate and manage administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support across multiple teams, ensuring efficient and seamless operations. 

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and training sessions with precision. 

• Prepare, format, and manage documents, reports, handovers, and presentations. 

• Maintain and update databases, files, and meeting minutes with high accuracy. 

• Oversee financial administration, including invoicing, budget tracking, and paysheet calculation 

• Handle internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses. 

• Manage office supplies and streamline the daily operations of the office. 

• Support HR functions, including managing employee records and overseeing onboarding processes. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy 

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 

• Good IT skills
