The Role
As a 24/7 Alert Monitoring Analyst your primary duty will be to monitor, analyze, and respond to alerts concerning system performance and fraud prevention through the utilization of AI-driven tools. You will work on a shift-based schedule to guarantee continuous coverage, assessing alerts for their severity, investigating potential risks, and taking the necessary actions, which may include escalating issues to the appropriate teams. Your position plays a vital role in maintaining the security and integrity of our operations.
