- Data & technology-savvy – AI tools, automation, and light coding (Python preferred) should feel natural to you.
- Exceptional communicators – You can simplify complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinkers – You go beyond execution, aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
What You’ll Do
First 30 Days – Learn & Observe
- Work closely with experienced team members to understand the approach to marketing consulting.
- Gain hands-on experience with ad platforms like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Learn about campaign structures, bid strategies, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.
Next 60 Days – Execute & Optimize
- Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data to inform campaign performance and drive optimization.
- Conduct performance audits and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Develop marketing strategies that bridge execution with business objectives.
Beyond 90 Days – Scale & Lead
- Manage larger, more complex accounts across different industries and geographies.
- Develop multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Own client relationships, ensuring long-term success and retention.
- Work on cross-functional projects, integrating data science, automation, and creative strategy.
