Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including performing reconciliations and preparing journal entries.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience 1-3 years in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as ERP, Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
