TAT employs more than 600 employees’ worldwide, with facilities in the US and Israel.Main ResponsibilitiesDirect reporting to the TAT Piedmont ControllerPerform Monthly / Quarterly financial close cycleComplete financial reports and routines with high level of quality in a timely manner SOX Compliance, Control Auditing, and Improvement Implementations Assistance in managing all accounting routines - Working with finance team to create internal controls, routines, and policiesIdentifying solutions for discrepancies in financial reportsAssistance in managing all aspects of the General LedgerWork with the finance team on process improvementsAssure inventory accuracyWork collaboratively with the group's finance teamWork collaboratively with all 3rd party audits to include PWC, Internal, & SOXCollaborate with site managers and employees About You BS in Accounting required or related fieldAudit experience, CPA preferred3-5 years' experience in finance-related roles with deep accounting background, preferably in MFG Advanced knowledge and technical ability in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with ERP systems TAT Technologies is dedicated to providing an inclusive, fun, and unique workplace.
