We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. This role will be responsible for lead generation and driving sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. Additionally, they should have experience working directly with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients in target industries. Use tools like LinkedIn, industry databases, and other lead-generation platforms to generate a list of high-potential leads.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients with the assistance the marketing team, introduce them to our ERP solutions, and determine their interest level.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects and track communications and follow-ups proactively.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer pain points to tailor outreach strategies and messaging effectively.
  • Track lead generation performance, including outreach success rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs, and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the point of contact throughout the sales cycle. Visit prospects and participating in meetings and ability to visit outstation customers.
  • Assist the team to compile sales related documentations: RFP responses, presentations, LOI, Etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field / Equivalent professional qualification.
  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation or B2B Sales, preferably in the ERP or Software industry.
  • Experience with ERP solutions will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assess client needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
