Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager with strategies to maximize room revenue and achieve occupancy targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and guest preferences
• Prepare reports and forecasts to track sales performance and market share
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotions and offers
• Manage inquiries and bookings efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service
• Participate in networking events and exhibitions to promote the hotel

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or reservations, preferably in the hotel sector
• Strong understanding of room sales strategies and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management systems
