Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant with 1-3 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and managing Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) based on ISO 22301. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BCM frameworks, risk assessments, and business impact analysis (BIA).  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) in line with ISO 22301 standards. 

• Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery time objectives (RTOs). 

• Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and Crisis Management Plans for various business units. 

• Conduct Risk Assessments related to business continuity and resilience. 

• Lead and facilitate BCM awareness training and BCP exercises, including tabletop exercises and full-scale simulations. 

• Ensure regulatory compliance and align BCMS with industry best practices. 

• Support internal and external BCMS audits and certification assessments. 

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, with proven expertise in ISO 22301 BCMS implementation. 
• Strong knowledge of BCP, DRP, Risk Assessment, and Crisis Management methodologies. 
• Hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and BCMS audits. 
• Excellent understanding of ISO 22301 requirements and best practices. 
• Experience in developing and maintaining BCMS documentation, policies, and procedures. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business continuity risks. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to conduct BCM awareness training and workshops. 

Certifications: 

• ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor 
• CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
