Join our dynamic team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS as an Associate/Senior Associate Accountant and play a crucial role in supporting the financial and operational accounting activities of the Group internationally. Working under the guidance of a Senior Accountant, you will provide valuable support in the preparation of financial statements of international companies that adhere to regulatory and accounting guidelines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company’s accounting and financial processes meet established standards, promoting accurate financial reporting and effective control. What you'll do:

• Support most aspects of accounting management (invoicing, journal entries, account reconciliation, reporting, etc.);
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data;
• Assistance in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official international guidelines and requirements;
• Participate in preparation for the annual statutory audits of the group’s companies internationally;
• Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances;
• Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience – ideally in a multinational environment;
• Excellent command of English both written and oral; a Second language (preferably French or German) will be considered as an asset;
• Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations;
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc.);
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g. Navision, SAP, etc) 2-3 years of relevant professional experience;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
