What We’re Looking For
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of business systems, including CRM, accounting, operational, and support tools.
- Experience designing and implementing automated workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, N8N, or custom scripting.
- Proficiency in automation scripting using Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to work with APIs and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with financial systems like QuickBooks and NetSuite.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of customer support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
