The company is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey.We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Automation Test Engineer to join our growing team.Responsibilities:Create tests to identify software problems for various software applicationsAnalyze bugs and errors found during testsCreate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesDocument results of tests for the software development teamRecommend improvements in software to enhance user experienceMotivate the development process for efficiency and performanceLiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsMonitor debugging process resultsInvestigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutionsResearch and compare similar competitor products Who YOU Are:· Goal-oriented and driven by success· Extensive experience in software testing· Exceptional attention to detail· Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervisionQualifications:· BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field· 3+ years of experience in Software QA· Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development processes· High proficiency in computer technology· Good understanding of mobile applications and web applications· Experience with Jira or other issue-tracking tools· Experience with automated testing tools (i.e. Selenium, Appium, Katalon, Maven, TestNG)· Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is preferred · Experience with performance and/or security testing is preferred What We Offer:The EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
