What is our proposal?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized B2B Groups Support to support our Group Travel Specialist and Management Team in handling daily operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of group travel arrangements for travel advisors.

What will you do?

• Assist the Group Travel department with itinerary planning, booking creations, and travel documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, processing payments, and maintaining travel records.
• Communicate with travel advisors to provide updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth group booking process experience.
• Support marketing efforts by helping create travel brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.

• Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or administrative support (experience in B2B or group travel is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) 
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing travel schedules.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
• Based in Barcelona
