We are looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and scale our infrastructure, enabling seamless access to care through innovative tools for doctors, hospitals, and patients. This role involves developing high-performance distributed systems, integrating with external partners, and enhancing internal productivity tools.

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and maintain backend infrastructure to support seamless healthcare operations.
• Build tools that empower doctors and hospitals, including:
•  EHR platform for efficient patient record management.
•  Telemedicine solutions for remote consultations.
•  Cashless verification systems at partner healthcare facilities.
•  Hospital portals and booking systems to streamline operations.
•  
• Create internal tools that boost developer productivity, such as:
• A time machine for database records, allowing historical data access.
• An in-house Google-style golinks system for efficient navigation.
•  
• Integrate with external vendors and partners, including:
•  Labs and diagnostic centers for seamless data exchange.
•  Hospitals to improve interoperability.
•  Payment gateways and KYC solutions for secure transactions.
•  Analytics tools to enhance decision-making.

Requirements:

•  Proficiency in Go or a similar strongly typed language (e.g., C++).
•  2+ years of experience building high-performance distributed systems.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including:
•  Continuous integration & deployment (CI/CD).
•  Staging/production environments and unit testing.
•  Code reviews for maintaining high-quality standards.
•  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Exposure to Google Cloud and Firebase.
• Background in data engineering or an interest in machine learning.
