This role is pivotal in constructing and maintaining the robust server-side infrastructure that powers our innovative applications. As a Backend Developer at Venturenox, you will collaborate closely with our front-end development team, product managers, and designers to create efficient and scalable API services that facilitate smooth interactions between users and our applications. Your role will encompass writing clean, maintainable code while ensuring that our systems are secure and perform optimally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for crafting high-quality backend solutions, we would love to meet you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality server-side applications and services that meet business needs.Create and optimize APIs for smooth integration with front-end systems and third-party services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Implement and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and security.Stay current with emerging technologies and be ready to implement them in a meaningful way.Review and refactor code as needed to enhance system performance. Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role in software development.Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL queries.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
