We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and document detailed requirements for projects
• Create functional and technical requirement documents from business needs
• Assist users in functional acceptance testing and application updates
• Coordinate internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization
• Serve as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation
• Provide functional and technical support for system efficiency
• Day-to-day support to the project team and the customer/business users.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• 3-6 years in business analysis of systems.
• Involvement in projects related to customer management (Customer Information File) as well as deposit products/services.
• Familiarity with regulations governing customer relationships (e.g., KYC, customer due diligence, etc.).
• Strong understanding and use of the English language, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to quickly adapt to core and/or peripheral banking systems.
• Analytical thinking, teamwork, and a collaborative attitude.
• Previous work experience at ERB will be considered a plus.
