🚀 Ready to make a real difference—and get paid for it?
We’re looking for kind, patient, and motivated people to work one-on-one with kids and young adults with autism. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you. If you’re someone who likes helping others, learning new things, and wants a job that actually means something, this might be your perfect fit.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Work directly with a client (usually one person) to support their growth—emotionally, socially, and behaviorally
- Use fun activities and proven strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis aka ABA) to help them build skills
- Track progress with notes and simple data collection (we’ll teach you how!)
- Collaborate with a team of awesome supervisors and other techs who’ve got your back
🔍 You Might Be a Great Fit If:
- You’re patient, observant, and genuinely care about people
- You’re 18+, with a high school diploma or GED
- You’re reliable and show up ready to help
- You’re open to learning and like getting feedback
- Bonus if you’ve worked with kids, neurodivergent folks, or in caregiving—but not required!

- Free training & certification to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Flexible hours that fit with school, side hustles, or other gigs
- Career growth into fields like psychology, education, or healthcare
