This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate surgical procedures while providing top-tier patient support.Key Responsibilities: Communicate with patients regarding surgery dates, pre-operative instructions, and necessary documentation. Work with insurance providers to verify coverage, obtain authorizations, and ensure compliance with policies. Collaborate with surgeons, medical staff, and hospitals to streamline scheduling and logistics. Ensure accurate documentation of patient medical history, test results, and required paperwork. Address patient concerns, answer inquiries, and provide a high level of customer care throughout the surgical process. Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). 5-10 years of experience in a healthcare or medical-related company. Strong background in customer service and patient relations. Experience with medical scheduling, insurance verification, and billing. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical confidentiality regulations. Can commit for YEARS.
