Endurant Roof is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Roofing Laborer to assist our lead installer. If you have at least 3 years of experience in roofing, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead installer with various roofing tasks.
• Work efficiently in extreme temperatures to complete projects on time.
• Use ladders and work at heights safely.
• Lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Show willingness to learn and take direction.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual; you need to be there when you say you will.
• Comfortable working at heights and handling ladders.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be teachable and adaptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
