We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper who is proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop to help manage our financial records.Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Bookkeeper to work remotely and handle the day-to-day accounting tasks for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop and be able to manage accounts, reconcile statements, and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax requirements.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.Provide support for tax preparation and audits as needed. Qualifications:Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.Strong communication skills.
