We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our home loan and affordable housing finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing finance, deep knowledge of home loan products, and experience in the affordable housing sector. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute strategies to increase home loan disbursements, particularly in the affordable housing segment.
• Identify and build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and local influencers to generate leads.
• Drive branch sales performance and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Provide expert guidance to customers on home loan options, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Ensure superior customer service to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.
• Handle customer grievances effectively and ensure quick resolutions.

3. Branch Operations & Compliance

• Oversee branch activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure strict compliance with RBI/NBFC/HFC regulations and internal credit policies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for audits and regulatory requirements.

4. Team Management & Training

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the branch team to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions on home loan products, credit policies, and sales techniques.
• Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with business goals.

Key Skills & Requirements

•  3+ years of experience in housing finance, home loans, or affordable housing sector.
• Strong understanding of loan products, credit assessment, and risk analysis.
• Experience in branch operations, sales management, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess loan eligibility.
• Knowledge of housing finance regulations and compliance norms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in NBFCs, HFCs, or Banks dealing with home loans and affordable housing finance.
