We are seeking to employ a full time Business Analyst to bridge the gap between customer business requirements and technology solutions provided by Systemic, a crucial member of the company's R&D Team. His/Her task is to analyze business processes, identify problems, and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and the overall business performance of the RiskValue™ Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis
- Work with stakeholders (clients, developers and management) to satisfy customer business needs
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for technical teams
Process Improvement & Problem-Solving
- Analyze existing workflows and processes
- Recommend process improvements and automation solutions
Data Analysis & Decision Support
- Use data analytics tools to assess business trends
- Provide insights and forecasts based on data
- Support management in strategic decision-making
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and expectations
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations
Project Management & Documentation
- Help in project planning, monitoring, and execution
- Create project documentation, such as business cases, process flow diagrams etc.
- Ensure business goals align with technology implementation
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Validate that developed solutions meet business needs
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Work with QA teams to ensure solution accuracy
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Finance, Economics or similar
- M.Sc. in Finance, Financial Mathematics/Engineering, Economics or a relevant field of study
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Skills & Experience
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in relevant roles
- Experience in the analysis and implementation of some European financial framework regulations will be considered an asset (indicatively MiFID, PRIIPs, MMFR, IRRBB, UCITs, AIFMD, Solvency II etc.)
- Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Data Analysis & Visualization (Excel, SQL, SSRS, Power BI etc.)
- Process Modeling techniques are desirable (BPMN, UML, etc.)
- Agile, Scrum, Software Development Lifecycle experience will be considered an asset
