This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in financial services, lending, and digital transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Work closely with the development team to design and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
• Strong understanding of RESTful web services for seamless system integration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent presentation and documentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the lending domain, preferably in housing or education loans.
• Experience in digital lending is a plus.
