LMW is searching for a highly strategic and experienced Business Development Director.

This role will be pivotal in shaping the future growth of the organization. The Business Development Director will focus on developing the business strategy, nurturing key partnerships, and leading the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and business development team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategic decision making.
• Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
• Oversee the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
• Track business development performance metrics, providing regular updates on progress towards targets.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the consulting sector.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Deep understanding of HR services.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in stakeholder management and negotiations.
• Ability to analyze complex data and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
