Our satisfied clients include corporations, government agencies, schools, retail stores, hotels and many more across Asia.  Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role would focus on selling our Workplace Technology Solutions to corporate real estate clients. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (corporate real estate).Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.Stay updated with industry developments and emerging markets.Proposal Development:Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business strategies.Provide feedback to management on market needs and gaps.Reporting:Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and business opportunities.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications and Skills5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Strong business connections within the corporate real estate field.Experience in Technology Solutions or related would be advantageous.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.DVI Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
