This hybrid role involves managing the existing SME client base while also driving business development to acquire new SME clients. This position requires strong client relationship skills, the ability to build trust rapidly, excellent communication, and advanced project/time management professional to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support our revenue growth initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development (40%)Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building with potential clients.Develop and execute outreach plans to establish connections, foster relationships, and expand Kaliber's client base.Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, track progress, and follow up to convert leads into long-term partnerships.Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs. Client Relationship Management (40%)Collaborate with leadership to align business objectives with long-term strategic goals.Work with leadership to systematise the business development processes to scale SME clients.Regularly assess and refine Kaliber’s go-to-market strategy based on client feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity.Leverage technology and tools to enhance efficiency in SME client delivery, including automating reporting, client updates, and communications.Manage a small set of bronze-level clients (SMEs) under your personal book of accounts, working with the delivery team to build media plan and strategies, whilst ensuring proper campaign execution and reporting. Leadership and Strategy (20%)Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing accounts.Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing issues.Present regular performance updates, strategic insights, and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
