Performance Technologies is Looking for a Business Development Manager in Cyprus.

We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to help us expand our footprint in the ICT market of Cyprus.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by strengthening relationships with existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities. You will develop strategies to identify and target potential clients, delivering exceptional value.

Initially working remotely, you will collaborate with a team based in Athens, Greece, that prioritizes innovation and success, ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth across various sectors in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business and evaluate market trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions from our portfolio of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales forecasts, and client interactions.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and establish new connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT and technological trends, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.
