For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.If you enjoy building cutting edge platforms and ecosystems to give equal access to financial services for the masses - Speak to us.Business Development ManagerResponsibilities:Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals in an aggressive time-frameEnsures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CompanyBuild long term relationship with all business partnersCollaborate well with key internal and external stakeholders Escalate and to provide resolutions to business partners’ queries as requiredActs as a strategic advisor to the Country ManagerRepresents Country Manager in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholdersActs as the liaison between Country Manager and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper timeParticipates with the Country Manager and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-makingAdheres to and has knowledge of all company policies and proceduresDeploys team members as required to meet business demands and works with Country Manager on necessary staffing decisionsCommunicates clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective operations and overall operations of the team Bachelor’s Degree in business or the equivalent experienceResilient and adaptable: reacts to change, ambiguity, and uncertainty with openness and confidence; leads swiftly and effectivelyStrong bias for action.
