This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in generating leads, building strong relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our recruiter customer base and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities● Identify and prospect potential recruiter customers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) within the recruitment industry.● Engage with potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online platforms to generate leads.● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and challenges.● Clearly communicate the value proposition of our recruiter marketplace and its benefits.● Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments and evaluating their suitability.● Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform features and advantages.● Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.● Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.● Provide regular sales reports, updates, and revenue forecasts to the Commercial Director.Requirements● Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, ideally within the recruitment or HR industry.● Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including its challenges, trends, and best practices (preferred but not essential).● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence key decision-makers effectively.● Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.● Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive contract closures.● Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and manage sales activities.● Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.● Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Benefits● Competitive salary with uncapped commission potential● 25 days holiday plus bank holidays● Extra day off for your birthday● Bupa private healthcare● Company pension scheme● Access to Perkbox suite of perks, discounts, and benefits
