What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on lead generation and cold outreach.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with inside sales, customer service, and distribution partners to drive sales success.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent TydenBrooks at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain productivity and discipline while working remotely.

Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 1-2 years of sales experience (internships considered), ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales.
    • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
