About HLTH:HLTH Inc. is a full-fledged community delivering unique value to healthcare industry participants through a mix of unparalleled events (including HLTH USA, HLTH Europe and ViVE), inspirational content, and impact-driven initiatives (HLTH Foundation). Our mission is to empower individuals within the healthcare ecosystem to solve complex challenges, foster innovation, and catalyze change for good and for all.HLTH was founded in 2015 and acquired by Hyve Group, a global events company that connects industry professionals through in-person and online events, in 2024.About the Role:As a Buyer Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building, nurturing and securing a high-value network of decision makers, procurement leads and buyers across HLTH USA, ViVE and HLTH Europe.You will serve as a strategic relationship builder and ambassador for our Market Connect and Provider and Payer Connect programs, focused on both acquisition and retention of qualified buyers.  This includes cultivating relationships with current accounts, identifying new buyer segments, and proactively sourcing individuals and groups who are aligned with our mission to accelerate health innovation.With a target-driven mindset, you will need to bring a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals across multiple event portfolios simultaneously.  Adaptability, time management, and the ability to prioritize are essential for success. You are a excellent and confident communicator and presenter, able to engage prospects both virtually via the phone/video calls and in person. This role will require you to take advantage of, and be creative with, all means of outreach in order to build relationships with the right buyers and partners to drive participation in our Connect programs.Key responsibilities:Manage and grow key business accounts, developing existing relationships and generating new connections with buyers and partnersArrange virtual and in-person meetings and presentations with individuals, associations and accounts to deliver registrations of large contingents for the Market Connect Program Meet weekly and monthly buyer acquisition and revenue targetsProspecting via phone to grow new business pipelines and follow up on marketing efforts, also leveraging data platforms directly (LinkedIn, Hubspot)Identify and engage with senior and C-suite executives, confident to understand their key projects and challenges and communicate HLTH’s portfolio and capabilities to connect them with the entire ecosystemConceptualize and execute new engagement methodsIdentify HLTH advocates and empower them to support and engage with our communityCross-collaboration with content, marketing, events and sales to ensure we’re tactically leveraging our community to meet team and org wide goalsAttend industry events, ensuring ROI is demonstratedManage the entire sales process from initial contact through to post show feedbackTrack registration, produce contingency plans when necessary to meet independent and overall target goals and KPIsWork closely with marketing to convert inbound leads to registered buyersBuild and execute email marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversion across key accounts, including producing exciting and original copy Experience in account management within the events or healthcare industryMinimum 7 years’ experience in a targeted & performance-based Sales/Business Development roleAn effective sales leader with a track record of top performance and exceeding sales targets, confident in all stages of the sales cycleConfident presenter and ability to engage with the C-suiteExhibit self-motivation and an inquisitive natureBe comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBe passionate about building an admired product and cultivating community across the retail and related industriesBe on top of healthcare industry news and trends (funding raised, acquisitions, company results, etc.)Knowledge and ease of use across operating systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo CRM platformsHave strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracyWork efficiently in google sheets; ability to create pivot tables, carry out v-lookup and basic formulas for data manipulation and analysis, etc.The ability to prioritize tasks and organize your time effectively Competitive compensation (estimated salary range for this role is £40-50k base plus up to £15k incentive)Bupa health insurancePension Scheme with company contributionApple laptop providedPaid time off & holiday schedule, including floating bank holidaysJoin the movement at HLTH, where we're more than a company – we're a catalyst for change in healthcare.
