Role Overview 

The café store manager creates a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, cared for, and unique. He/she leads the team of the café effectively under organized and structured maintaining a smooth operation.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and leading a team of café staff, providing training, guidance, and support to meet company standards.
  • Ensuring the café is clean, organized, and well-maintained, following health and safety regulations.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock to meet customer demand.
  • Creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve overall profitability, including promotions and menu adjustments.
  • Maintaining financial records, managing cash flow, and ensuring accuracy in daily transactions.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure a positive experience.
  • Managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Assisting in developing and improving the café’s menu, products, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, providing regular reports to upper management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Café Store Manager
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
