The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and cake decorating, with the ability to create visually stunning and delicious cakes for various occasions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, artistic flair, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cake Decorator, you will play an essential role in enhancing our customers' experiences through your culinary creations.ResponsibilitiesDesign and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards.Utilize various decorating techniques, including piping, fondant application, and airbrushing.Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and provide expert advice on cake designs.Ensure all cakes are produced in compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to proper food handling practices.Monitor inventory levels of decorating supplies and communicate needs to management.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to cake orders.ExperiencePrevious experience in cake decorating or a related role within the food industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.Familiarity with various baking techniques and pastry arts is a plus.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics in cake design.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.Join us in creating delightful experiences through our delicious cakes! 2-3 years of cake decorating experienceBeing able to start decorating cakes and cookies with no training.
