Job Description

We are currently recruiting a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our client’s kitchen team in Co. Kilkenny. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with a passion for food and attention to detail to further develop their career in a fast-paced kitchen.Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring it operates efficiently Assist senior chefs with food preparation and service Monitor food quality and portion control Ensure food hygiene and health & safety regulations are always followed Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Support with stock control, rotation, and reducing food waste Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment Strong culinary and presentation skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Team player with excellent communication skills Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Location: Co.
