Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support for all maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of repair work in a timely manner.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
• Train staff on safe maintenance practices and equipment usage.
• Ensure the resort's aesthetic and functional standards are consistently met.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
