- Manage and respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries, providing accurate information and guiding potential clients through the sales journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to explain services, address queries, and nurture leads through to conversion.
- Serve as the "voice" of the company, effectively communicating brand values, key messages, and company vision in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and messaging.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, tracking client interactions and sales progress to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights on client trends and feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to align strategies with company objectives.
- Utilize social media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook to enhance B2B awareness, engage with potential clients, and promote company services.
- Perform other role-specific duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client engagement, or business development, ideally within a technology or healthcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and build trust.
- Proven experience managing inbound sales inquiries and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
- A proactive and consultative approach to sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industries is highly desirable.
