What You Bring:

  • MSW with current LMSW or LCSW licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Clinical experience in behavioral health, therapy, or IDD services
  • A passion for leading teams and helping others grow
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Dedication to ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered practices
