Job Description

Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.Minimum of five years of experience in a similar or related position.Five+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.Previous experience in architectural precast concrete manufacturing preferred but not required.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and BlueBeam.Language Skills:Ability to read instructions, notices, handbooks, and government regulations.Effective communication skills for conveying instructions and ideas.Ability to read and understand construction documents and shop tickets.Mathematical Skills:Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Ability to calculate area, volume, and weight and to apply basic geometry concepts.Physical Demands:Ability to walk, climb, lift, sit, use hands, and hear.Manual lifting requirements are moderate to heavy but with assistance from personnel and equipment.Work Environment:Work is both indoors in an office setting and outdoors in a yard environment, regardless of weather conditions.Required to wear all safety equipment used by plant and yard personnel.Exposure to low to moderate noise levels and occasional fumes and airborne particles.
