If you are ready to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking company dedicated to recovery and repair, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to advance your career with Pro Storm Repair Inc.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and forecasts to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax and auditing requirements.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators and provide analysis to support business objectives.Coordinate annual budgeting process and conduct variance analysis to keep the management informed.Work closely with external auditors during the audit process to ensure accuracy and transparency. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably with a focus on construction or service industries.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.Experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.Demonstrated ability to strategize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
