We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a fast-growing, global company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes 
• Manage the month-end financial close and consolidation across all subsidiaries
• Maintain the global tax plan and internal controls
• Analyze financial data and business metrics to provide actionable insights
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial results globally and drive corrective actions
• Leverage data analysis to generate insights that support business teams in improving performance
• Assist in preparing investor relations materials and support fundraising initiatives
• Help define KPIs for business teams, using data to initiate projects that drive performance and target achievement
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits and address ongoing issues as required
• Monitor company performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Oversee the monthly billing process, ensuring accurate data entry
• Work closely with leadership to define, track, and analyze MBOs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving accountability

• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant controller in a global organization
• A broad understanding of international finance and accounting standards
• Specialized knowledge in international tax regulations and compliance
• Strong experience with the Netsuite ERP system is a big plus 
• Experience with Mesh and HubSpot systems is a plus
• A degree in Accounting and a CPA qualification are required
• Background in a high-tech company is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to improving finance processes
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A hands-on approach with an eye for detail
